• Recent updates to the formulary are noted as "NEW" in the Status column.
• Effective 2/1/10 medications available from the Walmart $4 prescription program and narcotic analgesics were deleted.
• Effective 3/1/10 all insulins and inhalers were deleted. Refer Plan B members to their primary care provider at the Healthy Connections Clinic .
• The website www.communityhealthplans.org provides a formulary "Complete List" and "Quick List", and also information on the "Free Blood Glucose Meter Program". Click on Barry Eaton Health Plan/Provider Tools/Pharmacy Benefit Services.
• Exceptions to the formulary are not available through the Health Plan for Plan B members. See "Other Medication Resources" at the website for links to local pharmacy discount programs and drug company assistance programs.
